Meet The Team
Tim
The son of a pastor and nonprofit worker, I have always been instilled with a strong desire to help others. Born in Pennsylvania and raised in NJ, money was always tight growing up and I experienced firsthand the pain it can cause individuals and families. I became dedicated to helping myself and others be free of that pain. Searching for a path throughout college, I stumbled across various books on real estate investment and realized how life-changing it can be if done right. After college graduation, I moved to Delaware so my girlfriend could attend the University of Delaware’s graduate school. Determined to make a difference, I started Opp Real Estate to help myself and others be financially free.
Jordan
I work with Tim and Joliene to talk and meet with homeowners who reach out to us about selling their property and helping them with their situation. Being born and raised in Delaware is something I take pride in. We may not be a big state but that’s what makes Delaware so special. It has always been the place I call home and helping my neighbors sell real estate has become a way for me to help better my community. I plan to build sustainable, eco-friendly homes right here in the first state.
